Soho House is seeking a Food Runner to deliver outstanding service to our members and guests. You will assist servers, explain meals, and bridge the kitchen and dining room to ensure a seamless dining experience.

In this fast-paced environment, you will need to stay calm under pressure, be hospitable, and provide problem-solving support while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in a similar role.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments.
• Hospitable and customer-focused.
• Flexible shifts including weekends/holidays.
• POS knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Refill water and coffee, clear dishes, replenish supplies, and expedite orders.
• Accommodate guest requests and advise management.
• Maintain high-volume, elevated service and support kitchen and servers.
• Ensure plates and courses are served correctly.
• Follow health and safety policies and company standards.
• Work as a team to service guests and run items from expo.
• Keep server alley and expo area clean and stocked.
• Know the menu and be able to suggest options.
