Soho House & Co. in Miami Beach seeks a Food Runner to support our dining room by preparing tables, serving orders, and aiding the kitchen and servers. You will help deliver hand-plated, high-quality service that enhances our members’ and guests’ experience.

A successful Runner thrives in a fast-paced setting, remains calm under pressure, and communicates effectively with team members to ensure timely, courteous service. This role emphasizes hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in similar capacity.
• Thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments and solve problems under pressure.
• Hospitable, approachable and passionate about customer service.
• Demonstrate competency per training schedule and Club School.
• Able to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays.
• Take direction, work in a team and autonomously.
• POS knowledge and tips certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tables and assist servers, following Steps of Service.
• Explain meals and assist guests with recommendations.
• Support servers, kitchen and expo to ensure smooth service.
• Ensure courses are plated and served correctly to guests.
• Adhere to health and safety policies and local laws.
• Stock and clean server alley and expo area.
• Know the menu to assist with guest questions.
