Soho House is hiring a Food Runner to support the dining team by preparing tables, delivering orders, and assisting servers to ensure a seamless guest experience. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, handle high-volume service calmly, and help the kitchen and service staff coordinate to deliver dishes on time.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years' experience in similar capacity.
• Thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments and stay calm under pressure.
• Hospitable, approachable, and respectful toward guests and colleagues.
• Able to follow training and Club School requirements.
• Flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tables, serve orders, explain meals, and support kitchen-servers collaboration.
• Assist servers to provide hand plated service and superior guest experience.
• Refine service by refilling, clearing, and replenishing table supplies.
• Accommodate guest requests and advise management on options.
• Ensure proper plating and coursing before serving to members/guests.
• Follow health and safety policies and company procedures.
• Work as a team to serve guests promptly and support expo and service bars.
• Know the menu to make informed guest recommendations.
