• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in similar capacity.
• Must be hospitable, approachable and customer-focused.
• OLCC-certified and POS knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Follow Steps of Service and assist servers and kitchen staff.
• Explain meals and upsell/menu suggestions to guests.
• Ensure timely, hand-plated service and seamless collaboration with the team.
• Maintain cleanliness of server alley and expo area.
• Respect health and safety policies and local laws.
