Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in similar capacity.
• Thrive in fast-paced environments and solve problems under pressure.
• Hospitable, approachable and respectful towards colleagues and guests.
• Demonstrates competency per training schedule and Club School.
• Able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to take direction, work in a team and autonomously.
• Tips certified and POS knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with coworkers and management.
• Influence guests experience by elevating dining with menu knowledge and pairing suggestions.
• Communicate allergies or red flags to management/chef to mitigate risks.
• Complete end-of-shift checkout reports and obtain sign-off by management.
• Adhere to health and safety policies and all company policies and laws.
• Ensure orders are plated and served correctly to members/guests.
• Assist runners and bussers with expo and service bar tickets.
• Keep server alley and bar area clean and stocked.
