Job summary

Golden Nugget Atlantic City is looking for a Food Runner to support our dining operations by ensuring prompt and accurate delivery of food as directed by culinary management.

In this role you will maintain high guest service standards, work in a fast-paced casino environment, and collaborate with kitchen and service teams to deliver quality experiences. Training will be provided, and advancement opportunities exist.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellent service.
• Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Gaming Commission Regulations, laws, and Golden Nugget policies.
• Deliver positive, courteous and professional guest service in all interactions.
• Demonstrate a commitment to responsible gaming and alcohol service.
• Distribute and supply food to the food service area.
• Assist with other kitchen duties as assigned.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Overview

Food Runner

As a Food Runner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring prompt and accurate delivery of food according to directive from culinary management.

Responsibilities

• Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, Federal and State laws and regulations, and Golden Nugget and departmental policies and procedures
• Consistently deliver positive, courteous and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors and fellow employees
• Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service
• Distributes and supplies food to food service area
• Assists with other kitchen duties as assigned
• Performs any other duties as assigned
