Job summary

Golden Nugget Las Vegas is seeking a server to uphold the Golden standard of service in our restaurant. You will greet guests, take orders, and deliver food and beverages with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include maintaining dining room cleanliness, observing guest satisfaction, and responding to special requests while adhering to responsible gaming and alcohol service guidelines.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience required.

Responsibilities

• The exhibit is conducted in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, Federal and State laws and regulations, and Golden Nugget and departmental policies and procedures.
• Consistently deliver positive, courteous, and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors and fellow employees.
• Performing cleaning tasks as needed or directed by supervisor. Assist in ensuring cleanliness of the dining room during service.
• Observe guests and ensure their satisfaction with the food and service.
• Promptly respond to guest with any additional request.
• Maintaining proper dining experience, delivering items, fulfilling customer needs, offering desserts and drinks, removing courses, replenishing utensils, refilling glasses.
• Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discreetly notifying appropriate management of concerns and observations.
• Ensure prompt and discrete notification to senior management and/or the Ethics Hotline of any observation of illegal acts and/or internal ethics violations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor or manager.
