Job summary

The Post Oak in Biloxi is seeking an experienced server to join our restaurant team. You will deliver friendly, professional service, present menus, take orders and ensure guests have a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities include maintaining dining room cleanliness, handling guest requests, and complying with gaming and alcohol service standards to ensure a high-quality guest experience.

• The exhibit is conducted in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, Federal and State laws and regulations, and Golden Nugget and departmental policies and procedures.
• Consistently deliver positive, courteous, and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors and fellow employees
• Performing cleaning tasks as needed or directed by supervisor. Assist in ensuring cleanliness of the dining room during service.
• Observe guests and ensure their satisfaction with the food and service.
• Promptly respond to guest with any additional request.
• Maintaining proper dining experience, delivering items, fulfilling customer needs, offering desserts and drinks, removing courses, replenishing utensils, refilling glasses.
• Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discreetly notifying appropriate management of concerns and observations.
• Ensure prompt and discrete notification to senior management and/or the Ethics Hotline of any observation of illegal acts and/or internal ethics violations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor or manager.
