Job summary

Golden Nugget Atlantic City is seeking a Food Runner to ensure prompt and accurate delivery of food under the direction of culinary management. In this fast-paced role you will shuttle dishes between the kitchen and dining areas, uphold guest service standards, assist with other kitchen duties, and support team members while following all regulations and responsible service guidelines.

• Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, Federal and State laws and regulations, and Golden Nugget and departmental policies and procedures
• Consistently deliver positive, courteous and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors and fellow employees
• Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service
• Distributes and supplies food to food service area
• Assists with other kitchen duties as assigned
• Performs any other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required; training will be provided
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellent service
• Exceptional communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
