Job summary

The ONE GROUP in Phoenix is seeking a Food Runner to help deliver an elevated guest experience in a fast-paced dining environment. You will work closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure food is delivered quickly and accurately to guests.

Ideal candidates show a strong work ethic, teamwork, and attention to detail, and can stand for long periods while handling light lifting. The role supports a global brand with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic English proficiency required for guest interactions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food is prepared and delivered according to THE ONE GROUP's quality standards
• Possess full menu knowledge and confidently describe dishes to guests
• Maintain awareness of table numbers, seat assignments, and floor plans for efficient service
• Follow proper service procedures when delivering food, ensuring an exceptional guest experience
• Offer condiments and accompaniments (pepper, cheese, etc.) when appropriate
• Communicate seamlessly with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery
• Assist servers and bussers with guest requests and overall service needs
• Always maintain a clean and organized service area
• Follow health and sanitation regulations to ensure food safety and cleanliness
• Be available to assist in restaurant setup, cleaning, and general service tasks as directed by management

What You’ll Do
