Job summary

VALLEY VIG LLC is opening a new Paradise Valley location and seeks energetic, hospitality‑driven individuals to join our team. If you love great food, drinks, and memorable guest experiences, we want to meet you!

Responsibilities include loading and operating the dishwasher, cleaning tasks, and maintaining a safe, sanitary BOH environment. Eligible applicants must be at least 16, stand for long periods, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds. US work authorization required.

Qualifications

• Work in hot, wet kitchen spaces.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Load, run, and unload the dishwasher and wash large pots by hand.
• Perform daily and weekly kitchen cleaning tasks (tables, walls, equipment, drains).
• Keep floors clean and safe; wipe spills promptly.
• Empty trash, recycling, and grease bins; wash and dispose of waste.
• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, break areas, and back-of-house zones.
• Organize and restock dishes, glassware, utensils, and supplies safely.
• Ensure clean plates, glassware, and equipment are always ready for service.
• Maintain a sanitary, organized back-of-house environment.

The VIG is getting ready to open the doors to our newest location in Paradise Valley, and we are looking for energetic, passionate, and hospitality-driven individuals to join us!

Key Responsibilities:

• Load, run, and unload the commercial dishwasher, and wash large pots/pans by hand in the 3-compartment sink.
• Execute daily and weekly kitchen cleaning checklists (scrubbing prep tables, washing walls, degreasing equipment, and cleaning floor drains).
• Keep kitchen floors safe, swept, and mopped throughout the shift, quickly cleaning up any spills.
• Empty all kitchen trash, recycling, and grease bins, and hose out the cans regularly.
• Maintain cleanliness of team restrooms, BOH break areas, and the back-alley/dumpster zones.
• Organize, store, and restock clean dishes, glassware, utensils, and chemical supplies safely.
• Keeps the kitchen running smoothly by ensuring clean plates, glassware, and cooking equipment are always ready.
• Responsible for maintaining a highly sanitary, organized, and safe back-of-house environment.
