Job summary

Campbell's seeks a Quality program professional to drive business quality initiatives across Corporate and manufacturing sites. Partner with food safety, quality, Marketing, and R&D to implement standards and manage incidents.

• Education in a science field with 3–5 years in the food industry or a related field.
• Experience implementing quality systems, conducting investigations, and driving improvements.
• Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of an organization, including leadership.

Responsibilities

• Support new product commercialization and quality improvement initiatives through data collection, analysis, and product evaluations.
• Monitor brand/category consumer trends, complaints, and inquiries; drive plans to reduce top drivers and assist investigations.
• Serve as cross-functional point of contact for projects, developing quality specs, procedures, and KPI tracking.
