Job summary

Campbell’s in Charlotte is seeking an Associate Director of Quality Assurance to lead the Food Safety and Quality programs. You will influence site leadership on Quality strategies, deploy QA programs, and train staff to ensure regulatory compliance and excellence.

Responsible for coordinating cross-functional QA activities, driving continuous improvement, and collaborating with operations to elevate the consumer experience and maintain product quality across the site.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• 8+ years of quality plant/systems leadership.
• 5+ years in food manufacturing.
• 5+ years of people management.

Responsibilities

• Provide Quality leadership to the Charlotte site and align Quality plans.
• Drive continuous improvement through quality, sanitation, and R&D.
• Lead consumer experience initiatives and manage complaints.
• Lead Quality initiatives ensuring FSQ compliance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive quality programs.
• Develop and implement quality manuals, policies and audits.
• Oversee training, engagement and career development of staff.
