Job summary

Campbell's is seeking a Quality System Technologist to manage formula and procedure implementation, align with WHQ requirements, and support a cross-functional commercialization team for new product launches. This role offers exposure to regulatory compliance, lab work, and growth into a technical resource in manufacturing.

You will work with the Quality Systems Manager and contribute across product realization, system improvements, and training to ensure high standards of food quality and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree OR 3+ years related experience in the food industry, microbiology or related field; internship experience may be considered.
• Nice to have: 5+ years of related experience in the food industry or microbiology
• Nice to have: HACCP & Better Process Control School Certified

Responsibilities

• 55% - Implement product formulas, procedures, and thermal process requirements, including startups, special batches, packaging trials, label compliance, TPN, E-Note, and RMS administration.
• 20% - Support the cross-functional commercialization team in launching new products.
• 10% - Participate in continuous improvement activities within systems and the plant; use computer systems for data analysis and reporting of quality information.
• 10% - Investigate incidents, take corrective action, and support education and training on quality programs.
• 5% - Conduct pre-shipment reviews of food safety/quality records to ensure regulatory compliance and timely product release.

Education
