Job summary

Home Chef is seeking a Production Associate to support labeling, portioning, meal bagging and shipping on the 1st shift (7:00 AM–3:30 PM) with Tuesdays and Wednesdays off, at our Illinois facility in Bedford Park. You will follow GMPs, maintain food safety standards, and work closely with teammates to meet daily production goals.

Candidates with a HS diploma (preferred) and 6+ months in a production/warehouse setting are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma preferred but not required.
• 6+ months of production/warehouse environment preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and with others as a team.

Responsibilities

• Labeling, portioning, and meal bagging per standard SOPs.
• Shipping tasks performed at a fast pace with team collaboration to meet goals.
• Follow GMPs and maintain clean work areas; support SQF/quality programs.
