Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform chemical and physical testing on raw materials, in-process, and finished products (fat, moisture, salt, and pH testing).
• Accurately record, interpret, and verify test results against specifications.
• Notify management of non-conforming results and assist investigations.
• Enter test results and sample data into OSI’s system.
• Maintain detailed laboratory records for traceability and compliance.
• Assemble, package, and prepare samples for shipment to external labs.
• Calibrate and perform preventive maintenance on laboratory equipment.
• Collaborate with QA, Production, and Operations teams to support quality objectives.
• Participate in internal audits, inspections, and training as required.
