Job summary

OSI Group is seeking a QA Technician dedicated to ensuring compliance with quality and food safety requirements. The role works closely with QA management to review HACCP paperwork across production departments and perform routine quality checks and audits on production, the dock, and facility.

You'll develop and maintain databases as needed, apply safe procedures, and interact with management, QA, production staff, and third-party contractors.

Qualifications

• Experience in QA/HACCP practices is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to interact with management, QA, production, and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Review QA/HACCP paperwork used in all production departments and fill out correctly.
• Perform QA sampling and testing methods as required.
• Conduct routine quality checks and audits on production, the dock, and the facility.
• Develop and maintain databases as needed.
• Understand processes and methods involved in food production.
• Follow safety policies and wear PPE as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
