ACCESS is seeking a Food Programs Specialist to provide administrative, operational, and programmatic support for the Food Programs Department in Medford, Oregon. You will serve as a key contact for participants, volunteers, community partners, and staff to ensure efficient daily operations.

The role includes data management, website/ materials support, and coordination of pantry services and events. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of administrative office support experience.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data management.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide administrative and operational support for the Food Programs Department.
• Serve as primary contact for participants, volunteers, community partners and staff.
• Maintain records, files, databases, SOPs and program documentation.
• Enter, update, and manage information across multiple databases and platforms.
• Assist with volunteer onboarding, scheduling, and recognition activities.
• Support food programs, pantry services, and community events as needed.
• Assist with grant reports and administrative support for grant spending.
• Perform field-based responsibilities and special projects as assigned.
