Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. is seeking a Program Assistant to support the Benefits Access office programs. The role emphasizes identifying, enrolling, and retaining participants with strong communication and data management to ensure program success.

You will coordinate with public, private, and community providers, monitor outcomes, maintain files, and assist with SNAP/Food Stamp processing. Travel between sites and event coordination are required.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of customer service experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with participants and partners.
  • Self-starter who works well in a team.
  • Experience in anti-hunger, nutrition, or health programs preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, recruit, and enroll participants from the target population.
  • Assist in developing long- and short-term goals for each participant.
  • Identify and build relationships with public, private, and community-service providers.
  • Collect and upload participants documents and records; monitor outcomes.
  • Maintain participants’ files and records; report program metrics.
  • Travel between sites to assist, monitor and evaluate participants.
  • Arrange and coordinate events/activities for participants.
  • Ensure KPIs and program outcomes are achieved; support SNAP processes.
  • Provide timely reports and surveys on programs.
