Qualifications

• Two to four years of experience in HUD housing programs, property management, or related field.
• Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) certification or willingness to obtain within 15 months.
• Strong knowledge of HUD regulations and affordable housing practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide organization and support to Community Housing leadership while managing key program functions.
• Maintain applicant and resident relations while ensuring compliance with HUD regulations.
• Support community operations by answering calls and providing administrative coverage.
