Job summary

C.H. Guenther & Son in Boise, Idaho is seeking a Production Operator to support efficient, safe food production. The role involves operating mixers, ovens, filling and packaging equipment, and maintaining strict sanitation standards throughout production shifts.

You will perform QC checks, follow SOPs, and log production data in Redzone, while collaborating with supervisors and quality personnel to meet daily targets. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; vocational training is a plus.
• Experience in food manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to read safety rules and operate procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and equipment according to specifications.
• Perform quality checks on materials and finished goods.
• Follow GMPs and SOPs for packaging and labeling.
• Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and wear PPE as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the production area.
• Keep accurate production logs and inventory records in Redzone.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
