Job summary

C.H. Guenther & Son, Inc. is hiring a Production Operator to support food manufacturing, ensure quality, and maintain safety standards on the production floor. You will operate equipment, follow SOPs, and assist with sanitation and record-keeping to meet targets.

You will work with supervisors and quality control personnel, handling overtime as needed and contributing to continuous improvement in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; vocational training in food production is a plus.
• Ability to read safety rules and operating instructions; familiarity with GMP/food safety.
• Able to operate production equipment safely and follow procedures accurately.

Responsibilities

• Operate mixers, ovens, filling and packaging equipment per specs.
• Inspect raw materials and finished goods per SOPs and GMPs.
• Follow OSHA safety procedures and wear PPE as required.
• Maintain clean and sanitized workspace; handle waste per policy.
• Track production logs and inventory in the reporting system.
• Collaborate with supervisors and quality control for shift handovers.
