Job summary

C.H. Guenther & Son is seeking a Production Operator to join our food manufacturing team in Boise, Idaho. You will operate mixers, ovens, filling and packaging equipment, ensuring product quality and adherence to GMPs and safety standards.

The role requires following SOPs, maintaining sanitation, and supporting production efficiency while coordinating with supervisors and team members. Overtime and physical stamina are typical, with comprehensive benefits described in the posting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; vocational training in food production is a plus.
• Experience in food manufacturing or similar production environment preferred.
• Familiarity with SOPs, GMPs and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and equipment per specifications and SOPs.
• Conduct quality checks on materials and finished products.
• Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and wear PPE as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the production area.
• Monitor production schedules and report deviations to supervisors.
• Keep accurate production records and assist with inventory tasks.
