Job summary

C.H. Guenther is seeking a Production Operator in Boise, Idaho, to support the food manufacturing process. The role involves operating equipment, monitoring production, and maintaining sanitation to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency across shifts.

You will follow SOPs and GMPs, keep accurate production records, and work with supervisors and QC teams to resolve issues and optimize output. Some overtime may be required as production needs arise.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; vocational training is a plus.
• Experience in food manufacturing preferred.
• Familiarity with safety and quality regulations.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and set up per specs.
• Monitor production processes and troubleshoot issues.
• Follow SOPs and GMPs for packaging and labeling.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the production area.
• Maintain accurate production records and assist in inventory tasks.
• Work overtime or non-standard hours as needed.
• Collaborate with supervisors, technicians, and QC personnel.
