Job summary

C.H. Guenther & Son is seeking a Production Operator to ensure efficient, safe food production following quality standards. You will operate and set up production equipment, monitor processes, and maintain clean, sanitary conditions in the plant.

Responsibilities include performing quality checks, adhering to GMPs, and collaborating with supervisors and QA to resolve issues and improve efficiency. This role requires physical stamina and flexibility for non-standard hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; additional vocational training or certification in food production is a plus.
• Previous experience working in food manufacturing or a similar production environment, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and equipment, including mixers, ovens, filling machines, and packaging equipment.
• Set up machinery according to production specifications and ensure proper functioning.
• Monitor equipment operation to ensure smooth production flow and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
