Qualifications

• Familiarity with GMPs, SOPs, safety regulations (OSHA) and food safety practices.
• Ability to read safety rules, operating instructions and procedures clearly.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and equipment per specifications.
• Perform quality checks on materials, intermediates and finished goods.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness in the production area.
• Follow safety protocols, wear PPE, and report hazards.
• Record production data in the designated reporting system.
• Collaborate with supervisors, technicians and quality control staff.
