C.H. Guenther & Son, Inc. is seeking a Production Operator to support food manufacturing by operating equipment, monitoring processes, and ensuring sanitation and safety standards are met. You will follow GMPs and SOPs while maintaining production schedules and quality control.

The role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Training on Redzone and safety protocols will be provided; overtime is possible.

Qualifikationen

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedures.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations (FSA, USDA) and GMP practices.
• Able to operate production equipment safely and follow SOPs.

Aufgaben

• Operate mixers, ovens, filling, and packaging equipment per specifications.
• Monitor production processes and troubleshoot issues to maintain flow.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the production area.
• Follow OSHA safety guidelines and wear PPE; report hazards.
• Keep accurate production logs and use the production reporting system (Redzone).
• Collaborate with team and supervisors; assist with overtime shifts as needed.
