C. H. Guenther & Son, Inc. is seeking a Production Operator to help ensure safe, efficient food production in our Texas facility. The role involves operating mixers, ovens, filling and packaging equipment, and maintaining strict sanitation and quality standards.

You will monitor processes, perform routine quality checks, follow GMP/SOP guidelines, and keep accurate production records. Team coordination and willingness to work overtime are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow SOPs and GMPs.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations (FDA/USDA) and GMP practices.
• Ability to operate production equipment safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery (mixers, ovens, filling and packaging equipment) per specs.
• Monitor production processes and adjust as needed to maintain flow.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the production area and equipment.
• Record production logs, batch records, and inventory in the reporting system (Redzone).
• Collaborate with supervisors and quality control to meet targets and ensure safety.
• Flexibility to work overtime and non-standard hours as required.
