Job summary

C.H. Guenther & Son, a food manufacturing company, is seeking a Production Operator to operate equipment, monitor processes, and maintain sanitation in the plant.

You will perform quality checks, follow GMPs, and document production activities in Redzone while supporting safety and efficiency. The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, lift up to 50 pounds, and be available for overtime, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Reading and following safety rules and SOPs.
• Knowledge of GMPs and food safety regulations (FSA, USDA).
• Ability to operate production equipment safely and accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery (mixers, ovens, filling, packaging).
• Conduct quality checks on materials and finished goods.
• Follow SOPs and GMPs for assembly, packaging, labeling.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the production area.
• Meet production targets and document production logs in Redzone.
• Collaborate with supervisors, technicians, and QA; work overtime as needed.
