Job summary

You will perform quality checks, follow SOPs and GMPs, document production records in Redzone, work with supervisors and QC, and be prepared for overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required; vocational training in food production is a plus.
• Ability to read safety rules, operating instructions, and SOPs.
• Experience in food manufacturing or similar environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery (mixers, ovens, filling, packaging) per specs.
• Set up machines and ensure proper functioning for smooth flow.
• Monitor operation and troubleshoot issues to prevent downtime.
• Conduct regular quality checks on materials and finished goods.
• Follow SOPs and GMPs for assembly, packaging, labeling.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in production area.
• Maintain production records in Redzone and assist inventory tasks.
• Collaborate with team; overtime and non-standard hours may apply.
