C. H. Guenther & Son, Inc. is seeking a Production Operator in Boise, Idaho to support safe, efficient food production. You will operate mixers, ovens, fillers, and packaging equipment, and ensure adherence to GMPs and SOPs while maintaining clean and organized work areas.

The role emphasizes quality checks, safety compliance, and collaborative teamwork to meet production targets and uphold our high standards in food safety.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; vocational training in food production is a plus.
• Experience in food manufacturing or similar production environment preferred.
• Ability to read safety rules and operating instructions; follow SOPs and GMPs.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery (mixers, ovens, filling and packaging equipment) and set up per specs.
• Conduct quality checks on materials and finished goods per SOPs and GMPs.
• Follow OSHA safety protocols; wear PPE and report hazards.
• Maintain cleanliness of production area; sanitation of equipment and surfaces.
• Monitor production schedules and suggest efficiency improvements.
• Keep accurate production logs, batch records, and inventory in Redzone.
• Collaborate with supervisors, technicians, and QA to meet targets.
• Flexible to overtime, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
