Sodexo is seeking a Food Production Manager 3 to join our dynamic culinary team at Fannie Mae Reston Town Center in Reston, Virginia.

What You'll Do
  • Manage all purchasing and budget oversight for food production

  • Provide hands-on leadership to utility staff ensuring cleanliness, efficiency, and food safety

  • Oversee floor stock management and maintain accurate documentation

  • Support catering services using Sodexo's ordering system

  • Drive accountability through FMS documentation of pre- and post-production numbers

  • Collaborate with peers and hospital leaders to elevate service and efficiency

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience. Minimum Management Experience - 2 years. Minimum Functional Experience – 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
