This innovative technology allows Blank Beauty to offer millions of color and product varieties without the traditional challenges of managing extensive inventories. Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Color Production Manager. The Color Production Manager will oversee the end-to-end process of color production, ensuring that the products meet quality standards. The role involves collaborating with the product development team, managing production schedules, maintaining inventory levels, and coordinating with suppliers. The Color Production Manager will also be responsible for resolving production issues, optimizing workflow processes, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Work alongside our Automated Production systems to ship next-day, custom cosmetics
2. Package customer orders with care and creativity
3. Maintain studio organization and cleanliness
4. Restock materials and supplies
5. Collaborate on improving speed, accuracy, and customer satisfaction across fulfillment
6. Occasionally assist with product testing, special projects, or other creative endeavors

Qualifications

1. Experience in high-paced production environments
2. Background in quality control / management
3. Knowledge of product development, inventory management, and supply chain coordination
4. Strong problem-solving, project management, and organizational skills
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills
6. Understanding of safety regulations and industry standards in cosmetic production is a plus
7. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Cosmetics, or related field is a plus
