Role Overview

The Production Manager will lead manufacturing and distribution at the Atlanta site, supporting and managing operational staff. The role focuses on excellence in Safety, Quality, and Delivery through robust systems and processes. This position is located in Atlanta, GA and is fully remote.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing team through effective leadership and training; exemplify humility, hunger, smartness, and servant leadership.
• Champion a Safety First Culture; lead safety initiatives and support safety certifications.
• Drive continuous improvement via WMS initiatives, supporting technology, automation, and best practices.
• Support capital projects aligned with operational and strategic needs.
• Promote a "zero defect" culture.
• Design and implement maintenance systems for equipment reliability.
• Ensure customer excellence through top delivery performance.
• Assist the Operations Manager with additional initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in manufacturing environments.
• Self-motivated, energetic.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience coaching and mentoring teams.
• Ability to work with all organizational levels.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Decision-making and influencing skills.
