Qualifications

• Orientate new team members to their jobs, safety aspects, sanitation procedures and policies; mentor new hires.
• Communicate with team members, supervisors, management, QA and USDA regarding line information.
• Assist with timekeeping, scheduling rotations and breaks for line/department employees.

Responsibilities

• Set up line equipment daily to ensure standards and quality.
• Work on the line with product and monitor belts to maintain proper speed.
• Contribute to achieving daily goals and improving morale; promote BEST practices.
