• Maintains and uses production reports to compare daily output with customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversees scheduling, attendance, and time-off approvals for direct reports.
• Maintains inventory records and requisitions supplies to meet schedules.
• Coordinates activities between departments to meet production goals.
• Ensures safety and compliance with OSHA, USDA/FDA guidelines and company policies.

Education
