Job summary

Responsibilities

• Orientate new team members to their jobs including dress requirements, GMP, safety, assignments and sanitation; mentors others.
• Communicate with team members, supervisors, management, QA and USDA regarding line information.
• Complete required written and electronic reports and assist with timekeeping of line/department employees.
• Set up equipment daily for line start-up ensuring standards and quality are met.
• Help meet daily goals and set new targets while fostering morale and organization.
• Participate as a team member and implement programs and policies; promote synergy across the organization.
• Ensure familiarity with Simmons operating systems and responsibilities to support these systems.
