Job summary

Rise Baking Company in Springdale, AR is seeking a Production Supervisor to manage shift operations, including production and packaging of finished goods, staffing, and food safety compliance.

You will train and coach production associates, monitor performance metrics, and ensure adherence to GMPs, SOPs, and safety standards. The role offers a 5:00 am-2:00 pm schedule and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years leadership in production.
• SQF/BRC/AIB knowledge desirable.
• Experience with ERP/WMS and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Execute production schedule to meet orders and maintain quality.
• Schedule employees and coordinate production teams to meet goals.
• Train, coach, and supervise staff.
• Monitor performance metrics for productivity, cost, quality, and safety.
• Ensure GMPs, SOPs, and safety compliance.
• Manage labor budget and report on variances.
