Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level education in business or related field.
• 3–5 years supervisory experience in a food or manufacturing setting.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, FDA, HAACP and GMP requirements.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret business documents and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Directs operations to meet quality, safety and customer requirements.
• Manage production and sanitation activities and supervise supervisors.
• Develop plans to optimize materials, machines and labor for productivity.
• Review costs and product quality; modify inventory and production control.
• Provide training and career development for staff; promote safety.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure product quality compliance.
