Job summary

Rise Baking Company in Springdale, AR is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 3rd shift to lead daily operations, coordinate production schedules, and manage labor costs while upholding quality and food safety standards.

The role requires 2–5 years of leadership experience in production, preferably in the food industry, and a degree in business or equivalent. Strong communication and coaching skills are essential for team success and safety.

Qualifications

• Degree in business or related field preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 2–5 years of leadership experience in production, preferably in food industry or manufacturing.
• SQF, BRC, or AIB certification knowledge desired.
• Strong computer skills including WMS/ERP and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Execute production schedule to meet orders and maintain quality and food safety.
• Establish employee schedule and coordinate work of production associates.
• Train, coach and supervise employees; provide feedback on performance.
• Monitor labor budget and report on direct labor and efficiencies.
• Maintain safe working conditions and support food safety programs.
