Job summary

Newly Weds Foods- Corporate in Springdale, AR seeks a Production Shift Supervisor for the Seasoning Department to oversee line operations and staff on the 2nd shift (3pm-11pm). You will ensure adherence to policies, resolve issues, and coordinate across Maintenance, QA and Warehouse to fulfill orders.

Responsibilities

• Schedule personnel to meet production requirements.
• Conduct weekly staff meetings.
• Maintain a safe work environment.
• Monitor GMPs, plant sanitation and housekeeping.
• Responds to inquiries from customer service & shipping regarding order completion and run schedules.
• Assist in month-end inventory.
• Work with Maintenance, Quality Assurance and Warehouse.
• Complete daily production reports and other shift documentation.
