C.H. Guenther is seeking a Maintenance Technician to sustain manufacturing equipment and facility systems in a safe, hygienic food production environment.

You will perform preventive maintenance on conveyors, mixers, packaging, and refrigeration, diagnose issues, and implement repairs to minimize downtime. Responsibilities include sanitation, HVAC/plumbing/electrical system monitoring, safety compliance, CMMS record keeping, and collaboration with engineering and quality teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical school preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience in industrial manufacturing.
• Experience troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems; familiarity with automated food processing environments.
• Knowledge of PLC, relay logic, and control systems; ability to read schematics.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on production machinery (conveyors, mixers, packaging, refrigeration).
• Inspect, lubricate, and adjust equipment to meet production requirements.
• Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime.
• Maintain sanitation and monitor HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems in production areas.
• Adhere to safety protocols (LOTO, PPE) and GMP/HACCP/OSHA requirements.
• Document maintenance activities and parts usage in CMMS.
• Coordinate with production and engineering teams to prioritize tasks.
• Provide training and guidance to operators on equipment operation and safety.
