Qualifications

• Requires high mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with PLC programming and electrical/controls knowledge.
• Familiarity with HMI/SCADA systems and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on production machinery (conveyors, mixers, packaging, refrigeration).
• Diagnose and repair equipment to minimize downtime and ensure production targets.
• Maintain sanitation and compliance with GMP, HACCP, OSHA, and food safety standards.
• Document maintenance activities and parts usage in CMMS.
• Collaborate with supervisors and operations to minimize production disruption.
