Job summary

Bento's California Food Factory in Fullerton, CA seeks a Food Manufacturing Maintenance Supervisor for day and overnight shifts. You will oversee hands-on maintenance, repair, and optimization of equipment to ensure safety, reliability, and quality.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 5+ years in engineering and maintenance, with strong Lean/Six Sigma practices and cross-functional collaboration. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or related) required or preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in engineering and maintenance, preferably in food manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on maintenance and repair of all manufacturing equipment and facilities.
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
• Identify and resolve equipment issues to ensure minimal production disruption.
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with health, safety, and food safety standards.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on equipment upgrades and installations.
