Job summary

Bento is seeking an Overnight Food Production Supervisor for our California facility in Fullerton. You will manage plant operations overnight, supervise team leaders across production and QA, and ensure lean productivity with strict food safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in food manufacturing, experience with HACCP and Six Sigma, and strong English/Spanish communication. The role requires flexibility for a 7-day schedule and a cold environment work setting.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a food manufacturing environment is required.
• Experience with quality systems and knowledge of HACCP, Food Safety Programs, and Six Sigma is preferred.
• Must be reliable, responsible, and proactive with initiative.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Ability to work in a cold refrigerated environment.
• Facility operates seven days a week; schedule flexibility, afternoon shifts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the plant/kitchen and supervise department Team Leaders.
• Monitor production for conformance with manufacturing and food safety practices.
• Coordinate with QA to identify and resolve department issues.
• Supervise daily activities to ensure Food Safety and Quality.
• Review and update work aids for verification of product quality.
