Bento Inc. in California’s Fullerton facility seeks a Food Processing Maintenance Supervisor to lead the hands-on maintenance, repair, and optimization of equipment in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will develop preventive maintenance programs, drive continuous improvements using lean and Six Sigma principles, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on equipment upgrades and new installations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in engineering and maintenance in food manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.

Responsabilités

• Perform hands-on maintenance and repair of all manufacturing equipment and facilities.
• Develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
• Identify and resolve equipment issues to ensure production continuity.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality.
• Support engineering projects related to equipment upgrades and installations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project integration.
• Ensure safety and food safety standards in daily activities.
