Job summary

Lassonde Pappas & Company, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Manager for our Selah, WA facility. You will lead the maintenance team, ensure safety, quality, and asset reliability, and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance across all plant systems.

Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will develop budgets, supervise technicians, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining compliance with SQF, HACCP, and GMP standards.

Qualifications

• Maintenance background with 5+ years’ experience in food/beverage industry.
• WA state trade certification required; high school diploma required.
• Ability to lead and supervise maintenance staff and coordinate work orders.
• Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting capability.
• Familiarity with CMMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventative maintenance and ensure equipment reliability.
• Develop and manage maintenance budgets and spend tracking.
• Coordinate work orders and scheduling with operations.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance (SQF, HACCP, GMP).
• Lead and mentor maintenance team and contractors.
