Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the maintenance team to ensure safety, quality, and uptime.
• Administer preventative maintenance programs across plant equipment and facilities.
• Manage maintenance budgets and vendor contracts to optimize costs.
• Coordinate with Plant Manager and Operations to schedule PM and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with SQF, HACCP, GMP, and government regulations.
