Job summary

Lassonde Pappas & Co., Inc is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our Wapato, WA plant. You will oversee production, maintenance of equipment, and the Waste Water System to maximize uptime and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

You will lead maintenance training, enforce HACCP and GMP, and drive a preventive maintenance program while coordinating with suppliers to ensure high-quality parts and service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or mechanical certification preferred. High school diploma required.
• Experience working in a juice processing environment preferred.
• Able to work any shift, overtime and any or all days of the week as plant needs.
• Proven ability to operate and maintain plant equipment safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain production and materials handling systems to maximize plant production.
• Train mechanics in Food Safety program and SQF guidelines.
• Enforce HACCP and GMP requirements to ensure safe, quality food.
• Develop and maintain a preventive maintenance program for equipment and systems.
• Liaise with vendors and represent the company in meetings.
