Job summary

Lassonde Pappas & Co., Inc is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee production support, maintenance and waste water systems to maximize plant uptime. The role includes training mechanics on Food Safety and SQF, enforcing HACCP and GMP standards, and developing a preventive maintenance program.

Candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree or mechanical certification, and experience in a juice processing environment is preferred. WA state electrician certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or mechanical certification is preferred.
• High school diploma is required.
• WA State Electrician Certification preferred.
• Minimum one year experience in a juice processing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production, material handling, and wastewater systems to maximize plant uptime.
• Train mechanics on Food Safety and SQF guidelines.
• Enforce HACCP and GMP requirements.
• Develop and maintain a maintenance prevention program for equipment and systems.
• Lead supplier selection and vendor meetings to ensure quality.
